Frequently Asked Questions

If you didn’t receive the OTP SMS message in 1-2 minutes, this indicates that there is an issue, this may happen due to multiple reasons:

  • You have entered the wrong phone number, double check your phone number.
  • You selected the wrong country code, make sure to select correct country code for the list (e.g. +965, +971, +966… etc.)
  • You have entered the phone number in an incorrect format, make sure to enter only your phone digits without any (+) or country code or spaces.
  • Your mobile phone is ON airplane mode, please turn OFF the airplane mode so that your mobile phone can connect to your operator.

In case of none of the above is applied to your case, kindly send contacts 

Open the side menu and click on "My wallet", then proceed to select one of the available packages to top-up your wallet.

You will be redirected to the payment page to select one of the payment options “KNET”, "Apple Pay" or “Google Pay”. Once you successfully pay the amount the balance will be available in your wallet for usage.

We accept KNET cards and all debit and credit cards Visa, and Mastercard via Apple Pay/Google Pay.
